Our History and The Story Behind i3Works

Having worked together on a £1billion new-build nuclear facility at a licensed and regulated site in the UK, the founding partners took the decision to pool their capabilities, experience, professionalism and determination to develop a unique offering, where their core values underpin everything they do. They combined over 80 years of experience working within major projects, programmes and portfolios across a number of different sectors, to bring something new to the industry. i3Works leveraged this expertise and insight to win a multi £million contract to lead the development of a Portfolio Management Office for a major public sector client. From this foundation i3Works have been successful in winning a series of other contracts delivering portfolio level resource management capabilities, development of a web based P3M body of knowledge, delivery of MI/BI capabilities and dashboards, risk and schedule management, project delivery, portfolio management and innovation management.

We consider ourselves to be best in class, offering clients collaborative support in establishing and then executing effective delivery strategies, focused on effect rather than process. We have the depth of knowledge and experience to cut through complexity, manage challenges and help our clients to deliver results in a collegiate and collaborative way.
