Lack of formal reporting

  • i3Works spent time with the Project Manager to understand the current state of reporting and then developed a weekly Highlight Report for stakeholders
  • Highlight report consisted of management summary (and RAG status), current issues, any risks on the horizon, progress on key activities and planned activities for the next period.

Lack of Project Support

  • i3Works provided the Project Manager with the necessary level of project support they needed to enable the Project Manager to concentrate on the core elements of the project delivery

Work Items & Responsibilities

Using best practice techniques, we provided the following support:

  • Attending and facilitating meetings between multiple teams ensuring each had a formal agenda which was published to attendees ahead of discussions to help facilitate more productive meetings
  • Monitoring progress against the plan with key stakeholders and reporting on progress
  • Producing weekly highlight reports
