James Marwood - Principal Consultant

James is an experienced change leader, programme and project manager with extensive experience across multiple verticals and the public sector.

James has led and supported a wide array of complex changes for organisations of all sizes. He is experienced in the full programme life-cycle and in turning around troubled engagements. With a background in the People and Process side of change, and many years experience in global IT-enabled transformations, James brings a uniquely holistic approach. With a strongly people oriented approach, he has ensured success for many complex and challenging programmes.

James has particular skills in stakeholder engagement, managing disparate stakeholder agendas and developing and executing change management strategies. With experience understanding and exploiting business drivers within complex organisations and working from the CxO level to the shop floor, James builds and strengthens existing teams and develops new ones or bring a strong bottom line benefit. James is adept at quickly bringing a positive impact to an engagement, rolling his sleeves up when needed whilst keeping a strategic and commercial view. He gives clients confidence in the effective delivery of desired outcomes.
