Helen has over 15 years’ experience in a wide range of Industries mainly Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Policing and Defence.
She has led Planning as a function with a large team of both people and projects providing assurance and leadership with an interest in the development of a pipeline of talent.
Specialising in Project/Programme delivery in both the management and provision of Project Controls, she has worked both as a practitioner and a leader in the delivery of large portfolios from bid through to completion.
A critical thinker with the ability to integrate into multi-disciplined teams, she seamlessly brings delivery focused skills, influence or leadership.
Helen has successfully implemented PMO’s, providing policy and process. More specifically, she has provided support in government organisations blending Waterfall and Agile methodologies to reduce duplication of effort, satisfying stringent assurance and approval requirements.
