I’ve had many opportunities to step forward, take ownership, and immerse myself in technical work that I never imagined I’d be involved in this time last year. This experience has ultimately helped me discover a more technical career path that I’m truly passionate about—something I may never have realised without the breadth and variety of the graduate scheme.” – Callum Chalmers

“My first year at i3 has been full-on in the best way!
