It\u2019s hard to believe it\u2019s only been three months since our newest Fast Track Consultants joined i3Works. They\u2019ve already immersed themselves in client projects, strengthened their professional skills, and taken part in some unforgettable experiences.
Here\u2019s what they had to say about their first few months, in their own words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ross Jamieson:<\/strong> Liv Aspley:<\/strong> Nuha Eshan:<\/strong> A huge thank you to the entire i3Works team for making me feel so supported with their kindness and willingness to help, and a big shout-out to Victoria Brooker and Zaynab Nasrullah for their guidance and encouragement throughout this journey. My highlights so far include: <\/p>\n\n\n\n Excited to keep learning, growing, and delivering value with this amazing team!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Charlie Thomas:<\/strong> Ellen Barrett:<\/strong> I started with a range of lessons and training sessions, followed by an unforgettable sailing trip along the Cornish coast. Since then, I\u2019ve moved on to client work, stepped up to cover governance responsibilities, and taken on the role of Project Manager for Changes<\/em>, a brilliant mental health charity here in Bristol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Alongside this, I\u2019ve studied for and completed my Project Fundamentals Qualification, built strong connections with my fellow grads, and received fantastic support from the wider i3Works team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Looking ahead, I\u2019m eager to keep developing my consultancy skills, contribute to internal net zero projects, and complete two more qualifications within the year.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It\u2019s hard to believe it\u2019s only been three months since our newest Fast Track Consultants joined i3Works. October kicked off with a sailing trip to Falmouth with the team, and I\u2019ve also been involved in supporting Changes Bristol, a brilliant mental health charity we\u2019re working with. It\u2019s been a great mix of experience, learning, and connecting. Excited to see what lies ahead, and a big thanks to the i3Works\u2019 team for being so supportive from day one!!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this short time, I\u2019ve strengthened my skills in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and delivering projects at pace. Working client-side on my first deployment has been a fantastic opportunity to enhance my PMO capabilities and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
\u201cMy experience on the FTC programme at i3Works has so far been fantastic. The training and supportive mentorship culture at the company has helped me to learn so much in a short time. Every person at the company is eager to provide experienced knowledge and help with our learning, and it has provided real momentum to my development.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
