The award pledges i3Works to supporting the Armed Forces and\nsits proudly alongside its commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant, which the\ncompany signed in July 2019. The award promises that a company is armed\nforces-friendly, open to employing reservists, veterans, cadet instructors and\nmilitary spouses\/partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
i3Works director Ben Ames said: \u201cAs should be expected\nfor a company that works so closely with Defence on a number of projects, we\nhave a history of supporting our military. We already have a couple of ex-forces\npeople working with us, and more as associates. This has given us first-hand\nexperience of the skills and capabilities of people leaving the services, and\nthe impact they have made has encouraged us to actively seek more ex-military\npersonnel to boost our ranks.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Damian Gunn, principal consultant at i3Works, is a former captain\nin the Royal Signals. He said: \u201cI can\u2019t recommend the company highly enough.\n<\/em>i3Works truly understand their staff.
