They also made me aware of a number of suitable companies that would be interested in discussing future employment opportunities. At this point i3Works immediately raised their head above the parapet, due to their support of the Military Covenant in providing employment to service leavers. Through contact with ex-military personnel who had positions at i3Works, I instantly recognised that this was the organisation for me where I would be welcomed, supported and developed through a new challenging career.

I realised that, were I to be successful at interview, I would be immediately welcomed into a highly competitive professional organisation who conducted their business successfully within a number of sectors. This was an organisation that was committed to their corporate social responsibility, ensuring employees feel valued and part of the team by supporting and encouraging a healthy lifestyle both at work and at home.

Challenge accepted and all systems go, as they say. After only a brief period at i3Works I have already witnessed a tremendous team spirit through all channels and service lines and I am extremely grateful to have been given the opportunity to thrive within a new challenging environment. I have joined a new family, liaised with new clients and engaged with my new colleagues within a highly successful team and company. Onwards and upwards, as I look forward to a new career with amazing opportunities.

Mi3 is a veteran support network within i3Works, providing invaluable information and advice to service leavers looking to make the transition into civilian life.
