It’s hard to believe it’s only been three months since our newest Fast Track Consultants joined i3Works. They’ve already immersed themselves in client projects, strengthened their professional skills, and taken part in some unforgettable experiences.
Here’s what they had to say about their first few months, in their own words.
Ross Jamieson:
“Three months in at i3Works, and I’ve already had the chance to work on some fantastic projects. October kicked off with a sailing trip to Falmouth with the team, and I’ve also been involved in supporting Changes Bristol, a brilliant mental health charity we’re working with. It’s been a great mix of experience, learning, and connecting. Excited to see what lies ahead, and a big thanks to the i3Works’ team for being so supportive from day one!!”
Liv Aspley:
“In my few months at i3Works, I’ve had the opportunity to develop key skills, contribute to innovative solutions, and connect with an inspiring team. The incredible support and welcoming culture have made settling in an absolute breeze, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing as we get stuck into our client roles and the digital transformation for @ChangesBristol.”

“Three months ago, I joined i3Works as a Fast Track Consultant—and what an incredible journey it’s been!
In this short time, I’ve strengthened my skills in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and delivering projects at pace. Working client-side on my first deployment has been a fantastic opportunity to enhance my PMO capabilities and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
A huge thank you to the entire i3Works team for making me feel so supported with their kindness and willingness to help, and a big shout-out to Victoria Brooker and Zaynab Nasrullah for their guidance and encouragement throughout this journey. My highlights so far include:
- An unforgettable sailing trip to Falmouth with Turn2Starboard, where I learned to sail and even spotted dolphins!
- Collaborating with Bristol-based charity Changes, which has been an inspiring and rewarding experience.

Charlie Thomas:
“My experience on the FTC programme at i3Works has so far been fantastic. The training and supportive mentorship culture at the company has helped me to learn so much in a short time. Every person at the company is eager to provide experienced knowledge and help with our learning, and it has provided real momentum to my development.”
Ellen Barrett:
“Somehow, it’s already been three months in my new role at i3Works.
I started with a range of lessons and training sessions, followed by an unforgettable sailing trip along the Cornish coast. Since then, I’ve moved on to client work, stepped up to cover governance responsibilities, and taken on the role of Project Manager for Changes, a brilliant mental health charity here in Bristol.
Alongside this, I’ve studied for and completed my Project Fundamentals Qualification, built strong connections with my fellow grads, and received fantastic support from the wider i3Works team.
Looking ahead, I’m eager to keep developing my consultancy skills, contribute to internal net zero projects, and complete two more qualifications within the year.”
