i3Works recently announced the appointment of Seb Huckson as the new i3D Director. Having served as the interim DDAT Delivery Director for the last four months, Seb has successfully aligned and brought together Digital, Architecture and Service Management, whilst establishing an effective DDAT strategy that supports and consolidates i3Works’ overall business vision. Seb will now lead the new i3D brand of the business, which encompasses i3Works’ increasing focus on Digital, Design & Delivery.

Seb is an IT and P3M professional (ITILv3, ITIL4, Prince 2 Practitioner & MSP Foundation) with over twenty years’ experience across a range of complex and demanding environments, spanning both public and private sector. He’s adept at managing and delivering many large and high-profile services in his previous work at Atos and the Welsh Government. Seb’s outstanding leadership skills will enable him to expertly guide this growing area of the business by collaborating and communicating across the entire organisation.

Commenting on his appointment, Seb said ‘I’m really thrilled to have been promoted to the Director role of i3D. i3Works already has a strong track record of delivering in the Digital, Architecture and Service Management areas and i3D will build upon this to grow and diversify our service offerings, providing value to our expanding client base.

Seb’s appointment as i3D Director is a significant step in i3Works’ progression towards becoming more technically centred as a management consultancy. This is part of i3Works’ structural reorganisation that ensures strategic business targets are achieved and outlines the critical success factors for both public and private sector. This also signals i3Works’ commitment to growth by embracing digital transformation, in accordance with the ever-changing technological landscape.

Executive Director Ben Ames said ‘It’s fantastic that Seb has been promoted to i3D Director. The i3D brand brings together Digital, Design and Delivery under one banner – and now one person. I’m very excited about the growth of this area of the business under Seb’s leadership and especially excited to see how the team and our i3D services develop from here.
