Senior Service Management (ITSM) Consultant

£45,000 to £70,000 / Performance bonus / Yearly bonus + Remote working and/or at client sites, we currently have requirements across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Bristol. This is a key position within our business; we are looking for the right individual to help build our Digital discovery capability and offering across our i3Works business.

Overview 
Within i3Works is our i3D division. Our i3D teams specialise in Digital Services, Architecture, and Service Management, delivering measurable value for clients across defence, private and public sector environments. With an extensive range of service capabilities and expertise provided by our best-in-class. Our need for a Senior User Researcher stems from our growing demand for user-centred design in the Digital Services team.

Core Skills: 

The below responsibilities are not exhaustive, it is a list of chosen skills which you will need to be able to demonstrate: 

  • Previous consultancy experience in a similar role 

  • ITIL Foundation Level qualified 

  • Demonstrable experience working within an ITSM environment using the ITIL framework 

  • Demonstrable experience of involvement in Service Management governance  

  • Demonstrate an understanding of SIAM 

  • Personal flexibility and agility, with the ability to deal with complexity 

  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities with experience at senior management level 

  • Strong and influential relationship management skills with Senior stakeholders, suppliers, colleagues, and users in pursuit of delivering high-quality services whilst maintaining service targets 

  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience to ensure the correct solution is selected with full understanding of the costs, timescales, and risks 

  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. 

  • Ability to hold Security Clearance 

Desirable: 

  • Defence or Public Sector experience 

  • High level of IT competence with an aptitude for learning new technologies and processes with a focus on ITSM tooling 

  • Excellent negotiation skills  

  • Knowledge of ITIL Service transition and design 

  • Knowledge of ITIL Continual service improvement lifecycle  

  • Experience within a SIAM environment 

  • Experience in bid writing and contract management 

  • P3M or Project Controls Experience

Schedule: 

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
